1. Acceptance

By using Otaku.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all content generated under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. Credits & Billing

Credits are consumed per generation. Free tier includes a limited number of credits. Paid plans auto-renew unless cancelled. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Content Ownership

You own the anime shorts you generate. Otaku.ai retains no ownership over your outputs. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely to provide the service.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation speed and quality depend on third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Otaku.ai is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business interruption.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
